Our Condo is located on Spencer Creek and Pamlico Sound, it has the most breath taking views of the Sound from the balcony and master bedroom. Our cozy condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the third floor overlooking Pamlico sound with Ocean views from front deck. The sunsets at night are magnificent as well as the beautiful sunrise in the morning. The morning is great for watching the wind surfing and kite boarding on the sound from balcony. There is a TV in both bedrooms. The living room has TV, DVD and stereo. Cable and Wireless internet is also provided. Books, games and movie collection for family fun. Relax or swim at private pool. Rent or bring your own kayak. Ocean Air water sports is just next door. Ocean swim! Just step across street to the beautiful Avon beach. Our pier on Spencer Creek is perfect for fishing, boating, canoeing and kayaking. 4- wheel drive beach access is just up the road. Side walks are new addition to this area. Great for daily walks or a day of shopping in gift shops and beach shops. Enjoy a morning bike ride. Bring your bike or rent a bike and store in ground floor storage closet. Several beach rental stores are close for bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, and surf boards. Items can be delivered to condo. Fish cleaning table and laundry room on site. Outdoor shower located next to pool. On site Grill and picnic area. Grocery shopping at Food Lion just 5 min. up the road. 3 blocks away is DQ for the evening Ice Cream trip. Great Restaurants along Hwy 12. OWG, Froggy Dog, Dolphin Den, Oceanea, Mad Crabber and many more.
