Downstairs there is a large game room with a 16-foot ceiling, pool table, sitting area with satellite TV and DVD player, dry heat infrared sauna, loft with a twin day/trundle bed and work desk, one bedroom with queen bed, a large bathroom with shower, another bedroom with two twin beds, as well as a heated two-car garage.
