With six wooden Adirondack chairs and two picnic tables for outdoor dining, this house is perfect for a relaxing vacation with family & friends. Sit on the rear "sunset deck" at the end of your day and enjoy the beautiful colors in the western sky. An outdoor shower with hot and cold water will allow you a refreshing way to wash off the sand and salt as you end your day outdoors.

Enjoy relaxing with a morning cup of coffee while taking in a beautiful view of Hatteras Island. Spend the remainder of your day enjoying the pool, tennis court, as well as other amenities, and the most beautiful beaches the Outer Banks has to offer! Walk to the beach easily, in 5 -10 minutes. Walk for miles along unspoiled Atlantic Ocean beaches, collecting seashells and observing nature. In the evening, sit on the upper deck and feel like one with the evening starlit sky. You will feel so relaxed when you wake up the next morning after sleeping on a comfortable memory foam mattress to start another day! You really have to experience it to understand how great it is!

When you arrive at Sea's Calling you will enter the lower level which contains a washer and dryer for all your laundry care.

The second level has a full bath and three tastefully decorated bedrooms with memory foam beds, comforters, freshly painted walls, and new carpet. All beds are sheeted with clean fresh linens for your arrival. In the first bedroom, decorated in a surfing theme, you will find a double bed and a bunk bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a large closet for your storage needs. The third bedroom, the master, has a king bed with a full en suite bathroom. Enjoy the morning sunrise and evening sunset on the huge deck off this bedroom. All the bedrooms have a flat screen TV and DVD player with Direct TV satellite access.

The third level has a half bath and a fully equipped kitchen that will ensure many delicious meals....but of course there are many awesome restaurants to enjoy while visiting the Outer Banks! We left our recommendations for you to try! Off the kitchen is a large open/vaulted area with living and dining space. In addition to the breakfast bar seating, the dining table seats 8-10 people. The living room features comfortable new furniture styled to enhance your feeling of being at the beach. There is a flat screen TV with Direct TV satellite access, Blu-Ray player and Wii system for your entertainment. Be sure to bring your Wii games as they are not provided. In addition, there are also puzzles, cards, and family games for you to enjoy, and an outdoor horseshoe pit. There is wireless Internet connection throughout the house.

For your convenience we have a Pack N Play, attachable booster seat with tray, and umbrella stroller for your little ones. There is a deck box with four beach chairs, beach umbrella, chair cart, beach and pool toys, and a cooler for your use. And if you visit during fall or winter, there is a warming electric fireplace to provide comfort and atmosphere.

Last but definitely not least...relax in the hot tub, located for all weather use, and refresh yourself from the day’s activities. Whatever the time of day ...you will love it!
