Let us share our pristine beach home with you. Dacotah Hill is a 2 bedroom 2 bath oceanfront property. Professionally decorated and new on the market, this luxury condo is in pristine condition. The third floor 'end unit' offers great views from anywhere in the condo while at the same time being easily accessible via the elevator (and no one is walking above you - we are the top!). Watch the sun rise from the deck on the ocean side or the sun set over the sound - whichever way you turn it's beautiful.
We have spared no expense to make this home inviting and comfortable for your vacation. The kitchen features granite counter tops, tile flooring and stainless steel appliances including a glass cooktop. The kitchen is well stocked for the cook in the family and outdoor community grills are available for the barbecue masters. The master bedroom has a king bed and separate entrance to the balcony. The second bedroom has a queen bed and sound view. There are two full bathrooms with granite counter tops and tile floors. Washer and dryer, front porch and private furnished balcony round out the experience.
A peaceful, family environment, the Outer Banks provide many options for enjoying your vacation. Sandy beaches, surfing, kite boarding, dolphin tours and deep sea fishing await you on the Atlantic. The sound side offers wave runners, jet skis, sailing, windsurfing, fishing, crabbing, cruising, and kayaking. Or just walk down the beach to the Rodanthe pier to fish - a leisurely 5 minute stroll from Dacotah Hill. The beach is 100 steps from your door! And a boardwalk provides easy access. When you are tired of the sand, relax by the sparkling community pool.
If you lean more towards exploring on land, there is an abundance of activities available and sights to see. Visit the Raleigh National Historic Site, Elizabethan Gardens and Outdoor Drama - nationally acclaimed The Lost Colony.
