KaCee's Retreat is perfect for larger families or groups! Just steps from the ocean, it features 3 decks, a six person hot tub, hammock, wooden swing, outdoor shower with hot and cold water, gas grill, fish cleaning table, wireless internet, off street parking, and much more. All 5 bedrooms have TV's with VCR's. The 1st floor, with 1 twin bedroom and 1 pyramid bunk with trundle bedroom connected by a full bath, is perfect for children. The 2nd floor features 2 queen bedrooms connected by a full bath, and a master bedroom with a full bath. The bedrooms on this floor have ceiling fans, and all of the bedrooms feature large closets. You'll arrive to find all the beds made up with fresh, professionally laundered linens for your convenience. The washer and dryer, a beverage cooler, and extra icemaker are also located on the 2nd floor. A high chair, Pack N Play, ironing board, and iron are stored in the hall closet. On the top floor, you'll find the living area with a big screen TV, sound system, and DVD player. The large dining table seats 8 with additional seating for 4 at the bar. The kitchen has plenty of counter space and storage, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, electric stove, microwave, and broiler oven. It's well stocked with a coffee maker, electric can opener, blender, crock pot, hand mixer, electric griddle, 2 sets of dishes, and plenty of pots and pans. The half bath is also located on this floor. The top deck, opening off the dining/living area, has a table and chairs for 4 and 2 lounges. If you're an early riser, have your morning coffee and watch the gorgeous sunrise over the ocean. Relax in the evening and watch the reflection of the setting sun on the water, and the moonrise. Music lovers will enjoy listening to their favorite songs on the outdoor speakers. Most days you can see dolphins, and the brown pelicans are usually out diving for fish. The hot tub and hammock are located on the lower deck, with access from 2 of the bedrooms, including the master bedroom. This deck also offers an unobstructed view of the ocean and outdoor speakers. Just across Rt. 12, within walking distance, is a convenience store that has delicious hand-dipped ice cream during the summer season. Next door to the convenience store is a very nice little surf shop that offers surf lessons. The major grocery store on the island, Food Lion, is about 17 miles south in Avon.
